ACCESS Committees

Faculty Committee

The Departmental ACCESS Committee (Access, Culture and Community for Earth Science Success) is composed of faculty and staff driven to promote departmental excellence by fostering a welcoming academic environment. It works collaboratively across the department (students, staff, and faculty) to develop proposals, make recommendations, and launch initiatives to pursue this goal. Where possible, it draws from relevant literature to design initiatives and interventions that permit all Department members to flourish.

The student ACCESS Committee is composed of graduate and undergraduate students working together (and with the Departmental ACCESS Committee) driven to promote departmental excellence by fostering a welcoming academic environment.
