Stable Isotope Biogeochemistry

Ph.D. 1977. California Institute of Technology

Research revolves around studying the processes that cause stable isotopes of hydrogen, oxygen, carbon, nitrogen and silicon to be distributed differentially in biological systems, and applying understanding of those processes to interpretation of stable isotope ratios of fossilized biogenic materials.
